About the Role

The AI Agent Product Owner / Prototyping Lead – Content Validation will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered agents focused on validating marketing and content assets across the Content Supply Chain. This role combines product ownership, business process transformation, AI solution design, and hands-on prototyping to accelerate content quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate can operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder, rapidly delivering working solutions while partnering with business stakeholders, AI engineers, content teams, and technology leaders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven AI Agent Product Owner / Prototyping Lead – Content Validation. Strong domain knowledge in key practices including Product Management, Digital Content Operations, Marketing Technology, AI solutions, content governance and more is essential for this role. This role requires strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify defects early in the development cycle, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI agents supporting content validation use cases.
• Analyze existing content review and approval processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and prototype AI agents that perform: Content quality validation, Brand compliance checks, Regulatory and legal review assistance, Metadata validation, Accessibility validation, Content consistency and accuracy reviews.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct rapid proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI agent effectiveness.
• Collaborate with content operations, marketing, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
• Establish performance metrics and success criteria for agent-driven validation workflows.
• Monitor agent performance and continuously improve outcomes.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Content Operations, Marketing Technology, or AI solutions.
• 3+ years of experience leading AI, GenAI, automation, or intelligent workflow initiatives.
• Strong understanding of content governance, compliance, and approval workflows.
• Experience translating business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build prototypes and MVPs.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, or enterprise AI platforms.
• Background in Marketing Technology (MarTech), Content Management Systems, or Digital Asset Management platforms.
• Experience using tools such as Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with healthcare, regulated industries, or enterprise content governance.
