JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Deriving requirements from interviews with customers and creating system requirements documents
- System Analysis and Design (including mockups and/or wireframes)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Business Process Reengineering
- Development of user stories and use cases
- Strong communication, organization, and facilitation skills
- Business Process Development
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Modern Requirements
- Experience with Atlassian Jira
- Prior experience or familiarity with TEA applications and programs
- Prior employment at a Texas public school district
