Responsibilities

• Manage Day to Day ops activities for the CSO suite of apps – System upgrades, DB patching, Cert renewal, Triaging of Incidents and bring to closure.
• Own uptime, SLAs, and operational KPIs
• Lead incident management and executive communication
• Drive automation and AI implementation strategy
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and staffing
• Partner with Security, Engineering, and Architecture teams
• Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, ISO, and internal audits
• Build training plans for the team
• Manage stakeholders at the level AVPs for program execution and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 15+ yrs experience in Engineering Operations, Application maintenance and Support
• IAM/ILM domain knowledge is plus
