Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Roles and responsibilities:

Recent experience in property and casualty insurance project.

Good knowledge on claims, policy life cycle, insurance, accounting.

Data Engineering - Cognos, SQL/PL, data structure, Data warehouse, build pipelines.

Good to have - Reinsurance, AI

The role involves tasks such as business systems analysis, systems analysis, and defining business requirements.

Reviewing the Mapping documents from source to destination.

Leading the development team and making sure the deliverables are according to the acceptance criteria.

Leading large team, managers in building large scale, highly available distributed Data.

Strong experience in building production grade enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills

Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities

Experience in defining and documenting business requirements

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work well both independently and in a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

SQL Expert Level

Minimum Qualification: Working experience in Property and casualty insurance company And solid experience in PL/SQL.
