Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer & Architect (Microservices)

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer & Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions integrated with microservices architecture. The role involves leading development teams, defining platform strategy, and ensuring high-performance, secure, and extensible solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform design and architecture

• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.)

• Design and integrate microservices-based solutions using REST/SOAP APIs

• Architect scalable, cloud-native integrations with external systems

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions

• Ensure platform performance, security, and governance standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and architecture

• Expertise in microservices architecture and API integrations

• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration frameworks

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or CIS certifications

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Agile/Scrum experience
