o Around 10 years of IT experience that includes experience in various stages of Software development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, development, enhancements, testing, deployment, and maintenance of object-oriented enterprise applications.
o Extensive working experience in different work environments including Administration, Development, UAT, and Production Support of Salesforce CRM application leveraging the Force.com platform.
o Extensive experience in Creating Objects, Record types, Assignment rules, Email services, Profiles, and implementation of Role Hierarchies for system security design.
o Experience in customizing Page layouts, Search Layouts, Custom links, Custom Buttons etc.
o Involved in integration of Salesforce.com with external applications by using Web Services API, Metadata API, and SOAP.
o Good exposure in App Exchange applications like Apsona, Field Trip, Conga Courier, Round Robin assignment and Managed Packages.
o Experience in Integration between Salesforce and SQL SERVER using DB AMP Linked Server.
o Good Exposure in Integration between Market application and Salesforce.
o Experience in implementing Single Sign On application.
o Experience in writing SOQL and SOSL using Force.com Explorer, Developer Console and Force Work bench.
o Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal competencies along with detail oriented and problem-solving skills in the technology arena.
