Vm ware System Administration

·         12+ years of professional experience in Windows, VMWare.

·         In-depth knowledge in Virtualization of Servers through VCenter.

·         Hands on experience in dealing with windows physical and virtual servers.

·         Experience in storage, networking and backup solutions.

·         Identify and implement cloud-based solutions for the organization and fix any bugs inhibiting seamless use.

·         Assist in migrating the computer systems to the cloud and P2V through converter.

·         Configure cloud infrastructure components like security services and networking.

·         Build applications and databases for the cloud.

·         Monitor data storage services and cloud management.

·         Build, design, deploy, maintain and lead the implementation of Cloud solutions across multiple public cloud offerings, e.g., AWS and Microsoft Azure.

·         Participate in technology evaluation and reengineering teams to support strategy-definition and continuous process improvement activities.

·         Help implement the technology direction, vision, and strategy to enable Cloud technology adoption.

·         Implement and refine cloud future state architectures and roadmaps including architecture standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.

·         Act as project lead around further software defined services and offerings.

·         Develop, enhance, and maintain automation of cloud enablement tools.

·         Recognize and resolve all business issues and impact.

·         Assess urgency of issues and facilitate follow-up and resolution accordingly including service quality initiatives to support a “five nines” product availability environment.

·         Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.

·         Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment

·         Participate in the design, implementation, and management of workload automation initiatives.

·         Adhere to firm Change Management, Problem Management policies and familiarity with ITIL or other formalized IT operations foundations.

·         Troubleshoot very complex distributed environments pertaining to connectivity and application performance and monitoring tools and offer high-level strategic planning and advice to an entity that will allow for the successful adoption or migration of Cloud-based technologies or services.

·         Migrate on-premises applications of the organization to the cloud.

·         Maintain the usage of cloud services and implement cost-saving strategies.

·         Strategize a recovery plan to compensate for possible downtime or failure scenarios.

·         Maintain data integrity by implementing proper access control for cloud services.

·         Manage network-related workloads including DNS and firewalls.

·         Handle benefits and risks when implementing key management points in cloud operations and set boundaries with competing organizational interests.

·         Design infrastructure with enterprise data security and identity and access management.

·         Develop, establish, and implement modular cloud-based applications.

·         Choose framework, platform, or tech stack to assist in creating cloud-based solutions.

·         Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs.

·         Establish a secure cloud environment by creating applications and architecting databases over the cloud.
